How do we ship?
All orders are shipped UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available upon special request and at your expense. Please call for details @ 337.408.3134.

Yes we do rush order for an extra 15% fee. Please call for inquires @ 337.408.3134.

From where do we ship?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Lafayette, Louisiana.

PURCHASES

What is our return policy?
Because every frame is custom-made, no refunds will be offered.

What is our cancellation policy?
If you decide you need to cancel an order, it must be within 24 hours of placing the initial order. After that time period, the frames have already been put into production and cannot be cancelled.

What is our damage policy?
Any claim for defective merchandise must be reported to AB Designs within forty-eight (48 ) hours of delivery. The weekend does not count as time. Please send an email to info@abdesigns.com. A call tag will be sent and the frame will be replaced accordingly at no extra charge. The replacement frame will be an exact as to what was ordered. No changing frame color or ribbon colors or brooches.

How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
3-4 weeks
